You will find the Taco Bell España app in the Play Store if you have an Android device, or in the App Store if it is iOS.

It is our official loyalty programme for all fans of Taco Bell. Register, accumulate points with your purchases and redeem them for € discounts at all our restaurants at a national level.

Additionally, you will be able to enjoy exclusive offers based on the level you are at. All advantages of the loyalty programme cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid at Taco Bell Metropolitano, at the foodtruck or on game days and events at Taco Bell Concha Espina.

To accumulate points on your account, you must make purchases of €1 or more. For each € of your purchase, you will obtain 7 points.

REGISTERED USERS

Two options: 1) Access the REWARDS section of your app, click “Add” and scan your personal QR code at the points for this at the restaurant. 2) Tell our staff your telephone number. In both cases, the points will be added automatically.

UNREGISTERED USERS

Keep your purchase receipt, and register on the programme. You will be able to add the points by scanning the barcode appearing on the receipt with your app. If you have problems adding points, contact atencion@tacobell.es

With the points obtained, you will be able to obtain €2 discount coupons and special offers depending on your loyalty level:

€2 DISCOUNT COUPON

For every 200 points accumulated, you will obtain a €2 discount coupon that you will be able to use at any of our restaurants at a national level.

To enjoy the discount on your purchase there are two options: 1) Identification before purchase at the counter, telling our staff the telephone number, so that they may apply the discount. 2) Scanning the QR code generated on the readers available at the restaurants. OFFERS BY LOYALTY LEVEL

You will receive a voucher of €6 discount that you can use in any of our restaurants nationwide until two weeks after the birthday. To receive the voucher you must be registered in the App or register the same day of the birthday. The promotion is applicable to a minimum order of €12, except for certain promotions and product launches, as well as app offers.

The expiry of the points is set at 180 days; that is, if a client is inactive for 180 days or more, without adding or redeeming points, they will be lowered to the start of the loyalty level immediately below.

Example: Imagine a client belongs to the FIRE level with 958 points, and is inactive for 181 days. They would therefore be lowered to the HOT level and would have 501 points. If their inactivity continues for 180 days more, their level would be lowered again, in this case to the MILD level, starting without points.

The discount can be used on the entire Taco Bell menu with a minimum purchase of 4€, except for certain promotions and product launches, as well as app offers.

You can use as many promos as you like, but currently, due to limitations from the supplier, they have to be from different receipts, i.e. only one can be used for each receipt and if you want to use two or more different ones, they must be from different receipts.

For security reasons, the app will not accept a receipt over 24 hours.

For security reasons, we limit the maximum number of scans / records to a total of 2 times every 24 hours.

You will receive an email and/or push notification. You will also be able to check the UPDATES section of your app.

You will be able to make orders, either for collection at the restaurant or for delivery, but you will not be able to add points or benefit from the advantages and offers of the Taco Bell Supreme loyalty programme.

You can pay for orders for collection or delivery with your credit or debit card. Delivery orders are processed by each one of the operators.

Open the Taco Bell app and access the orders section. There you can select between making the order for collection at a selected restaurant, or order it for delivery by the selected operator.

If you have made an order for collection at a restaurant through our website or our app, contact us by visiting atencion@tacobell.es. If you have made an order for delivery, contact the client service department of the corresponding operator.

Each time a new Taco Bell Supreme user is registered and makes their first purchase using your invitation code, you will receive 1€ (100 points). The new user will also obtain 1€ (100 points) for their next purchase.

Complete the survey at www.opiniontacobell.es or QR in the next 7 days and get a free Cono Bell in your next purchase of any Combo.
Write on your ticket the code you receive and present this ticket at any Taco Bell restaurant in Spain to receive your prize.

Conditions: Offer valid for the next 30 calendar days from the date that appears on the purchase ticket. Not combinable with other promotions. Not redeemable by employees or relatives of employees of Restabell Franquicias S.L. Offer limited to one coupon per person per month.
