What will we use your data for?

In general, your personal data will be used for interacting with you and being able to offer you our services.

Will we send your data to other countries?

There are countries in the world which are secure for your data and others which are less secure. For example, the European Union is a secure environment for your data. Our policy is to not send your personal information to any country which is not secure with regard to protection of your data.

In the case of it being essential to send your data to a country which is not as secure as Spain in order to provide the service, we will always ask your permission first and apply effective security measures which reduce the risk of sending your personal information to another country.

For how long will be keep your data?

We will keep your data during our relationship and while obligated to by law. Once the applicable legal periods have ended, we will proceed to eliminate it in a secure and environmentally friendly way.

Lodging a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency has no cost, and the assistance of a lawyer or legal representative is not necessary.

Will we create profiles on you?

Our policy is to not create profiles on users of our services.

Nevertheless, there may be situations where, in order to provide commercial or other services, we need to create information profiles on you. An example would be the use of your purchase or service history to offer you products or services adapted to your tastes or needs.
