What will we use your data for?

To do so, our entity has approved a Data Protection Policy, and undertakes annual controls and audits to verify that your personal data is safe at all times.

Do we send your data to other countries?

There are countries in the world which are safe for your data and others which are less so. Thus, for example, the European Union is a secure environment for your data. Our policy is to not send your personal information to any country which is not secure from a data protection perspective.

In the case of it being essential to send your data to a country which is not as secure as Spain in order to provide you with the service, we will always first request your permission and apply effective security measures which reduce the risks of sending your personal information to another country.

For how long will we keep your data?

We will keep your data during our relationship and while obligated to by law. Once the applicable legal periods have ended, we will proceed to securely dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way.

Lodging a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency does not incur any cost and the assistance of a lawyer or solicitor is not necessary.

Will we create profiles about you?

Our policy is to not create profiles about users of our services.

Nevertheless, there may be situations in which for service provision, commercial or other purposes, we need to create information profiles about you. An example may be the use of your purchase or service history so as to offer you products or services adapted to your tastes or needs.
